If you have black jack with your first and the dealer Draws a 21. Is that a push or do you win?

it depends on where you are playing but most casinos will offer you even pay if you have black jack and the dealer is showing an ace.  if the dealer is showing a ten or a face card checks it and has blackjack it is a push.  That is my experience and I have never seen it different.

Blackjack is paid before anyone gets additional cards, so if the dealer then draws to a 21 you're still paid.

if the dealer draws an ace for his top card then you can take the chance at him having a blackjack or take even money (as opposed to the 1.5 times)

If the dealer DRAWS to 21, you win and get payed 3:2, typically you will collect your win before the dealer even draws cards, unless there is some kind of side bet that requires your cards to stay on the table untill after the hand is played out.

If you have Blackjack instantly, you will be paid out and the dealer will not be allowed to draw another card against you, and then will remove your cards from the table. This is for European Blackjack.

you win,if the dealer makes a blackjack then its a push,you can always ask for ''even money'' for your blackjack if you see an A in the dealers hand

If you get 21 and the dealer is showing an ace...you get the chance to take even money or take the chance with the dealer not having it to win your 1.5 odds.

If you get 21 and the dealer is showing a 10 and there is an ace under it...then it is an automatic push.

If you have blackjack, the dealer doesn't get to draw.  You would win, unless they also have blackjack, then you push.

You win before the dealer even gets to do anything.  Now in the case of casinos that pay after the dealer hits, you still win.  They only other time is if the dealer also has a blackjack, then you push.
