Our non-profit organization has just revised our entire by-laws. Our normal procedure is to read each revision individualy when we have just a few changes. How do we make these revisions when the entire thing has been revised and do we have to read all of it at our meeting or can we make copies of the revisions and give the organization some time to read the changes and then vote? Please help we need this by next week!

  1. I think you can do it as one single revision of your entire bylaws and put it to a vote as per your old bylaws.

And then check with your state law because you probably have to do something there to register your new bylaws to maintain your  non-profit status.
