If you have contact lences can you still box?

if you have hard contact lences can you still spar and fight and hit the bag in boxing with out them falling out ?

That would be hard. One time I sparred with this and his contacts came out when I hit him in the eye. Once I knew that I was aiming for his eyes.

Hitting the bag should be no problem but for fighting and sparring you need soft contact lenses. These are allowed in most national amateur contests (depends on the rules) .
