If you have extra scholarship money does the college credit it to your account or refund it?

Depends on the college.  My scholarship check was mailed to them directly but after everything was paid the first semester (the check was for two semesters) they sent me back the rest.  I, of course, put it away given I was going to need the rest for the second semester.
