If you have been convicted of felony burglary in California which entailed a stike, and after completing probation, going back to court and have the case re opened and dismissed does your strike go away from your record or does it stay? I am looking for actual legal advice not an opinion.

  1. Seeking legal advice on the internet itself isn't advised, but if the case is dismissed because the case is baseless, the strike should not remain.

Seek advice from a qualified legal professional.
