If you have had several jobs with a single company, do you list all the jobs on your resume?

I had a job for 10 years, started as a secretary and ended as a quality assurance manager but had no direct reports. Should I list all the jobs I had with that one company, and how do I go about doing that so that my resume doesn't look like I've had 6 jobs in 10 years...?
