No.  It will cause analogs to black holes.  However, this experiment has already been run at the Brookhaven National Laboratory.  In this experiment, gold nuclei were collided with one another producing sufficient mass density to be a black hole.  However, these small holes break down quickly.

They are going to make little black holes.  That may be good.  

Imagine if everyone had a small black hole - you could throw your trash into the black hole. It would be kind of like a super compactor.  It could be really environmentally friendly.
