What should you do?

For example, have anxiety but can't escape (fight or flight response but can't do it, cuz can't leave-have to be somewhere else).

  1. i take ativan when i have an attack

  2. Taking an ativan is a chemical way to achieve your results. You should try to deal with the problem rather than popping a pill otherwise you will be taking pills for the rest of your life because you haven't dealt with any of your problems. The real issue is what are you anxious about? you mention fight of flight which is a response from the sympathetic nervous system. Is this actually happening for a just cause? Or are you over reacting? If it is nothing that important try to put it into perspective. Am I ok? are my loved ones ok? will i be here tomorrow? Is this problem worth the physical stress I am about to endure? Maybe leave more detail about the situations you are in and you could get a more focused answer.

  3. You seem to take a lot of tension/worry on yourself...

Being responsible is good but if it is causing an ailment as you say, it is dangerous...

Try drinking water when you find yourself in such a situation and in stead of getting anxious or fidgety, relax and think it over a bit, you'll definitely find a solution.

More importantly see a doctor at your earliest. He can help you better in this regard.

    God bless you

    Take care
