Not a good indicator at all.They can be there before you get pregnant. If they hurt like mad, then you may have a case!!!! LOL

Those bumps are always there, they're just more pronounced when you're pregnant.  They're called Montgomery's Tubicles.

I had those when I was not pregnant so that is not a good way of telling at all.
