it depends on your point of view.  It certainly doesn't make you a saint, but if you believe that s*x outside marriage is a sin then it definitely makes you a sinner.

if you are refering to Princess Diana, nobody with any sense would claim that she was a saint.  She was a vulnerable, confused, unhappy woman who was unable to cope with the extraordinary situation she found herself in.

You have thinly-veiled your question about Diana. She was both saint and sinner.She was a very complex person,capable of doing good things and very mean things.Some people do tend to go overboard when they call her a saint.Diana was a human being who had her faults.

It depends on the person that is looking at their situation someone calling you is a sinner is like saying that they have never done anything sinful before. Do not judge, or you too will be judged and on being a saint well a saint means different things to different religious people.
