If you have unprotected s*x and get an STD becuase of lack of protection is it your own fault?

Assume the STD is syphyliss and assume your partner knows they have it but hasn't told you. Also assume you havn't asked.

  2. Of course its YOUR fault!  If you are old enough to have s*x, then you are old enough to take responsibility for your life and your actions.  Lack of protection could equate to a death sentence...think about THAT!
