If you have your car driver license suspended can you get a motorcycle license and start out fresh?

I got a DUI and i want to know if I could just get a motorcycle license but do you start out fresh or you still carry what ever bad stuff you did with your other license?

No, you will not be permitted to take your motorcycle license test until you get your drivers license fixed.  Different states wont work because they use the same database now adays.  And yes, the insurance will probaply cost the same, however changing agencies might cause your price to decrease.  Your record will still show you were a DUI even with a motorcycle license.

    a motorcycle is an endorsement to a driver's license.

    also, going to another state will not work.

    serve your suspension, pay your fine, enjoy your sr-22 life.
