If you havent been drinking alcohol, but you kiss someone who has, could this give you a BAL above 0.00?

  1. Interesting question BUT I wouldn't think so.  You would have to do a lot of kissing to get a content over the limit.  That would be a lot of slobber. YULK!!!!!
