Well, it depends.  If you mean putting butter on the bread and then putting it in a skillet, like grilled cheese, then, yes, there are more calories and fat than a sandwich not coated in butter.  If, however, you mean simply toasting the bread, then no.  Toasting simply removes moisture from bread.  Since water has no fat or calories, the nutritional value is not altered.

  4. Of course not.  If anything if it is a fatty sandwich and you heat it some of the fat may leave the sandwich.
