If you hire 2 persons to work for you?

for $12/hour, and they can make a profit for you that may varies from any value from $10 to $20/hour, working straight 8 hours/day. After certain profit you will be able to hire more and more people following the same rules. How many people and how long they all need to work for you in order for you to collect a million dollars the fastest way?

Rules: The office runs from 9 to 5 no lunch, every 10 persons you hire will require a single investment of $2000 in equipment, that should be accounted as expense (not profit).

Explain how you calculate it.

Firstly it is illegal to work people from 9 to 5 without a lunch break.  Secondly, you have to deducted expenses before you can calculate the real profit.  Otherwise it is income and not a profit.
