Sued? I'm a defensive linemen and tackled a guy during practice, broke his shoulderblade. Can they sue me? I'm sure they can just double checking...

  1. You sign a waiver when you start playing sports..

    they cant hold anyone responsible..

    they can not sue.


  2. No, to play organized football you have to sign a sheet saying you don't hold them responsible. Even if they did sue you they'd lose because the waiver also says they understand the risks. You have nothing to worry about.

  3. Injuries is part of the game of soccer, there is no way they can sue you for that. It happens to anyone so don't worry about it. and besides, I bet you didn't mean to.
