I'm curious......if you eat just grapes for like 3 days and exercise for 45 minutes each day, will you lose weight?

  1. Yes. But its not a good idea to do because you body need many other nutrients that grapes do not provide.


  2. Not a good thing to do. You would lose weight but you would probably have your sugar either too high or something bad would happen.
