Question:

If you just started drinking lots of water can it make you sick?

I'm use to drinking lot of soda and juices, but here lately I've been trying to drink lots of water. And now i feel nauseous, fatigue, low energy, headaches, body aches, off and on chills, and a small cough but nothing major i dont think. Anyhoo if anyone has a clue whats wrong with me plz share or is it just cuz i've changed my diet. Also i dont have health insurance thats why im asking... but if it serve enough i might go.... :-( im so broke :-(

I'm not a doctor but it could be a variety of things, one of which is withdraw from sugars and caffeine... don't drink TOO TOO much water, I mean juice despite the lack of fiber is not too bad for you... I think if it bothers you that much, try and ween yourself off of sodas and juices, not cold turkey.

    The only other thing I can think of it that you're just getting sick, and it just so happens to be the same time that you switched your drinking. It happened to me once with vitamins. I got my first anxiety attack 6 hours after I took centrum silver, and I till this day attributed it to that, which is ridiculous, but in my head, it was true.

    But enough of me... if sickness persists, yes please try and see a doctor... better safe than sorry!
