I would hug my kids and make sure they are unaware of anything, have my way with my husband and chugg a bottle of Korbel.

one hour? gosh that's not much time ... i would make certain i spent the time with my mother above and beyond anyone else than i would want my brother and as many of my friends as possible around me. than i would make certain that my "maker" knew i appreciated the time i had on this wonderful planet. than i would find time for one more kind act!
