If you knew u had to go to jail for a short time would you turn yourself in or hide out and save for a lawyer?

Walk into a Legal Aid office and talk to someone. You may get the whole thing over with sooner and cheaper than you realize.

If you know for sure that you are going? Get it over with. The sooner you go in the sooner you get out and you won't have that monkey on your back of wondering if your going to get picked up by the cops. Even if you get an attorney there is no guarantee that you will NOT go to jail. I have been there, spent 20 months in oklahoma prison. Don't even drive through this state unless you have too.

Go to jail. If it's only for a short time, you can save time by doing that. Granted, you would probably have to miss work, but at least you wouldn't be in further trouble with the law.
