If you know all birth information except the exact birth time of a person, do the houses still fall in the?

same place? For instance, I know my birth time and my moon is in my second house. If I didn't know my birth time, would it still fall under the same house? (I know its a tricky question).

Okay, it depends on the chart being done. It would be different depending if you use Placidus, or Koch, or Meridian or any others.  If the astrologer uses the recommended 12:00 noon time hour, it would be different.  Let me know how I did!  Peace
