If you know anything about boxing please answer its a simple question

hi I'm a rocky boxer really young 12 i was just wonder in a boxing match i know you win if your opponent gets a k.o or t.k.o but what if nethier boxer boxers get k.o or t.k.o how do they decide who wins?? thanks and please answer some more of my questions their will be lots of easy ones soon this is my 1st question

It goes to a decision and the winner is decided by 3 judges outside the ring who give each fighter points for the round.

A judge watched the fight and picks a winner for the round based on punches landed,effective aggression and effective defense. At the end of the round the Judge will give the loser in his opinion 9 points and the winner 10 points. Also a fighter gets an extra point for a knockdown.

So If fighter A won the round and also knocked fighter B down he would win the round 10-8.

If fighter A just won the round he would win the round 10-9.

At the end of all rounds and the end of the fight, the points are counted and a winner is declared.

If all 3 judges have fighter A winning then he is declared the winner by Unanimous decision. (UD)

If 2 judges have the score for fighter A and 1 judge has it for fighter B then fighter a would win by Split Decision. (SD)

If 2 judges have fighter A winning and Judge B has it even, then the fight will be declared a Majority Decision. (MD)

there are 3 judges who watch the fight and each round they give who they felt won the round 10 points and the loser 9 unless the ref deducts points from him. then at the end of the fight each judge adds up there scores and they get a winner then the player who won more rounds from a majoritey of the judges wins the fight

I am a rocky type boxer too backyard/garage style. If you land more blows and connect than your opponent you win the fight. Those blows need to be damaging and powershots not just taps on the arms. Dig into the body and some clean headshots.
