  1. Normally, yes.  They will investigate your Loss History (how many claims you have), especially stolen vehicles.  If there's no red flags, everyone makes mistakes.....they shouldn't have an issue.


  2. it depends on your insurance company. i have aaa and yes they would there is no stipulation in my policy that says the car is covered unless i leave the keys in it. if you have a lesser quality insurance they may try not to, but they have to.. but be ready for them to turn you inside out to make you prove it was not insurance fraud.

  3. Most will cover, some will not.
