Help me out here.

This guy at my school needed 10$ to cover some expenses for a group assignment that was very big, and because he was in my group, I expected him to pay me back. However, he keeps on running away, lying to me, saying that "Oh I didn't see you at your lunch table" (when I was really there for the whole period), saying such things like, "Yeah, I'll be there in 2 minutes *goes into the washroom*" and he never comes-- and when i found him, he was on the field doing some g*y **** with his buddies--

his buddies were backing him up-- saying things like, "oh, i do not know what you are talking about" in a very robotic and obviously terrible acting voice.

I talked to my teacher and he said that the guy has to pay me back and I will get my money back-- But I don't know how that will happen!! Maybe during the board room... (our assignment is like The Apprentice)

My solution was to raise a syndicate of bodyguards and loan sharking business. I want to be in the mafia, haha X)

  1. Ok, getting your own thugs is a nice idea but we can modify it....

why don't you ask any elder brother of yours to threat him in paying you the money ?

Or you can wait and see whether the teacher fulfills the promise.

  2. That's how it happens.  Never loan money to someone if you want it back.  Just be pleasantly surprised when you do get money back from someone.

I like the idea of getting your own thugs.

  3. You learned a very important life lesson for only $10.

Never loan money (or other things you want back) to friends and whenever you do loan someone money, make them sign a note describing the loan and when and how they will pay you back. That way you have proof in case you have to go to small claims court.

BTW - Does your teacher have any plans to help you get the money?

  4. well you need some thugs to beat it out of him...i would have them come in during the board room meeting..lol and scare the c**p out of him..and show him you mean business...after all the mafia is all about showing someone the rules when they dont want to pay
