If you live an manage a building and you quit your job. How long do you have to move out of the building?

This is is this the state of Oregon. For a company called Holiday Retirement. I am a co-manager there and I quit because no one follows policy here. But now they are giving me less than 20 hours to move everything I own out.

  1. Depends on what was stipulated by them. Our management company allows you 24 hours once you are no longer employed to move.  


  2. Yes, this is correct, you are an employee and this falls under employee laws.

    This is no different then clearing out an office.   You do not work there and have no legal right to be on the companies premises at this point.

  4. You have to vacate now.  It was a condition of your employment.  You arent' a tenant. /
