I live in Perris, CA does that count..Nothing here though.. Cattle country. We only have two mcdonalds and they both suck.

I was in Paris years ago, so I don't recall specific restaurants. Before I went, I bought some tour guides to Europe, for Paris wasn't the only place I visited. You should look in libraries and book stores for such books. There are some for Europe in general and others for countries and cities.

Paris is huge, so there is a lot of everything.

To make it short, you'll find all kinds of cuisine Paris. Mexican, Japanese sushi bar, Chinese, Italian, Moroccan, Tibetan, and even French food !

So my only advice is when you go for a restaurant is to avoid eating at restaurants on touristic sites (St Michel, Monmartre, Tour Eiffel, Louvre...) quite often the food is not very interesting and expensive.

You'll find McDonald's, Burger King And Kfc all over the place.

For Ice cream don't miss "Bertillon" the best place in town.
