If you live in Russia and want to vote in the US elections can you?

I still have a US citizenship. How would I go about doing this?

You need to apply for an absentee ballot from the state you lived in prior to moving overseas, but you can still vote!

Well are you registered to vote? If not, then you might want to get registered otherwise you can't vote.
