G'day mate.  Geelong actually have their own rugby union team the 'Geelong Rams'

I expect this is the nearest but if you look on:

http://www.vicrugby.com.au/  

It lists quite a few clubs in the state of Victoria. Hopefully you'll be able to find a club there.  As for Super 14's the nearest is probably ACT Brumbies but they play in Canberra which is a state or more away. Sorry.
