If you lived in an apartment, and a sevice was provided to pickup your trash every moring?

Thinking of providing this serivce to my property. Curious to know the general publics thoughts on this. The mundane task of taking out the trash to the dumpster is not looked forward to by many, at least i dont like doing it. Wondering if you would utilize this service, and if so, how much would you be willing to pay weekly for it? I would do this monday-saturday.

I wouldn't spend any money having someone pick up my trash every morning.  I just make my boyfriend do it.

How much garbage can you have?? If it is going to cost you a lot of money it is not worth it. I am currently living in an apartment and we have garbage and recycle pick up on Mondays and Thursdays and that is more then enough and it is still grunt work.. My new place that we are moving to garbage/recycle will be picked up only once a week on Tuesdays..

Six days a week is excessive especially if you have to pay more for it... It almost sounds like you are living in a hotel...YIKES... I suggest 1 or 2  and max 3 days a week depending how much garbage you expect to have... If you are willing to make it part of your daily routine where when you leave to go work or run errands and just take the small bag of garbage and pitch into to the dumpster... Its a personal choice...I PERSONALLY believe it is a waste of time, energy, resources and money...

Depending on what State you are in it can be around $15 to $40+ a month for garbage/recycle collection per a household.

On the other hand, if no cost difference go ahead and use it. It doesn't mean you have to put your garbage out everyday.

eVERYDAY IS WAY TO OFTEN MAYBE TWICE A WEEK AT BEST AND PROBABLY i WOULD PAY $5.00 PER WEEK.

I think think this would be a wonderful service to provide! I would say that a good start would be about $ 12.00 per wk- this would average $2 per day per customer- which is reasonable. If you provided this to 10 people you would make $120.00 per wk. Also- I would make sure to make a flyer or something with specifications on it (for ex.)- the removal of appliances etc. cost extra...trash must be bagged and tied/ trash cans must not overflow/ maximum of 3 trash containers/ recycleables are to be clearly marked...etc. etc.

This way you wouldn't end up lifting 300 lbs. for 2 bucks!

I wouldn't pay anyone to take my trash to the dumpster, especially if the cost of trash collection is already in my rent. Are your tenants that lazy?

Every morning is a bit much.  How about twice a week.
