  1. Interesting analogy. I never thought of it that way. In answer to your question, having taught Environmental Biology and Environmental Science and consulted in those fields, I think I have a basic idea -- no more than that.


  2. The economy is a subset of the environment.

    We are all shareholders, all stakeholders.

    I'm not sure if I want to see the annual report, probably pretty depressing.

    Or, as I have surmised -

    "The stock market is a giant Ponzi Scheme based on the future value of resources."
