If you looked at someone who looked pale and they went dizzy and was quite miserable what would you think would be up with them?>

could be a hundred things. it may be just the flu or something.

maybe they're depressed or anaemic or just unwell or hungry

Maybe they could be anemic? When I haven't had enough iron I go extremley pale and feel dizzy/weak... because I'm not feeling well and 100% fit it obviously decreases my mood!

Depression is often associated with those symptoms too!
