If you loose your russian internal passport and your zagran passport what should you do ?

the only documents i have are a temporary passport issued from the consulate outside russia for returning and a copy of the international zagran passport. plz help!!!!!!!! what should i do and where should i go , i am living in dagestan in kislyar. i have went to a lot of police stations and need someone living in that area to help me weather you are a lawyer or know the procedures and live in kislyar or dagestan plz send me your contact number on [e-mail]

Start by going to the nearest embassy or consulate, they will help you.

Truly, this is not too complicated.  Simply go to the nearest office of the Ministry of the Interior for the Russian Federation.  Unfortunately, you may have to pave the way of the minor bureaucrats with some Rubles.
