Depends on how fatty your breast are.  I lost 100 #, and lost no inches around my bust.  I went from a size 30/32, bra size 50 DDD to a size 20, bra size 38 DDDD.  I thought I would lose from my chest, but my b*****s weren't fatty, just very dense with tissue.  I got a breast reduction in January this year and don't regret it.
