you can go to passport agency or cheaper to go to post office if Ur not in a big rush it will take a Little longer but def shorter line then at the agency just make sure u have all the paper work just google nearst post office then call a few probably half of them will be able help u some don't good luck girl.peace

Yes... depends on the time frame you need the replacement tho.

If you are not in a big rush... you can go to the post office and they have a special form that has to be filled out.  I just did it and it worked out fine in less than 3 weeks.  But they will tell you longer.  My request was not during the height of the vacation season.
