  1. Only if the cell phone is out of your area code

  2. yes!!

  3. It depends on what plan you have and with what provider.  If your on the same provider as me, and on the same plan as me, then  you wouldn't have any long distance charges.  If your talking about the cell phone, it depends on the cell phone plan they have.  If they have an unlimited package for incoming and outgoing calls, then no.  If they don't, then it would cost them minutes if they are on a national plan.  However, if they have a curtain type of plan from a curtain carrier they could add you to their plan and it wouldn't cost them minutes.

I hope this helps.  If you have any further questions, feel free to email me and I can explain in details.  If either of you are being charged and would like some information on how to not have any of these charges, feel free to email me and I'll be happy to tell you what to do in this matter.

  4. Yes.

  5. If the cell phone is from the same area as the land line and you take the cell phone out of state and you call it from the land line there is no long distance charge.  If the cell phone is from out of state there will be a long distance charge.
