  1. That will NEVER change who they are!

  2. Of course you can fix their papers. Your marriage just needs to prove that it is because you plan to stay together forever.

It is not as hard as everyone thinks if that person has a clean record...Now as far as deportation. I know that a law passed last year stating they had to return to their country for at least 6 months; however, I have heard that with a lawyer, you can avoid that situation.

It's all about the money and time..But if you marry that person and you are a US Citizen, then that person becomes an immediate family member allowing you to file for green card immediately. Process is about 2-3 years right now.

I hope this helps! God bless and Good Luck!

Nothing is impossible if you put your mind to it!

  3. yes you can. and like just-me said, get a lawyer, just to be safe

as far as i know, once you file the paperwork, they cant deport the illegal immigrant while the docs are being reviewed.

  4. Yes, you can, but it will take years and years, IF the illegal entered the country legally to begin with.  If not and they just 'skipped' the border, then they would have to go home and you would have to apply for them to come back legally.

  5. Absolutely.

That's the fastest way actually. It is not true that it takes years. Do it with a lawyer to be safe.

  6. Not possible unless the illegal goes back to his or her country first. If that happens, then yes, it's possible, although it's not easy.

  7. Sure! Go to their country, live there for the length of the ban (usually 10 years), reestablish yourself in the US, file the paperwork and just maybe..,

  8. If the person entered the USA legally but is now out of status it may be possible with a good lawyer. If the person entered illegally (without inspection) then it's not possible. Someone recommended visa journey as a source. I wouldn't in this case as the couples there are working hard to bring their partners here legally and don't have any patience for people who try to cheat the system. If you want good legal advice, look for Catholic Social Services in your local phone book. They have good immigration lawyers and charge according to income. You don't need to be Catholic to use them.

  9. Yes
