If you mess up your mouth guard the first time...?

if you mess up your mouth guard the first time you boil it and stuff, can you repeat the process? will it mess it up?

yes, they can be done over and over again. I'm a martial artist AND I had braces for several years..you can imagine how many times I had to redo my mouth guard.

It'll be fine. ^_^

The mouth guard I bought comes with the instructions telling you that it can be reboiled.  The gel stuff softens again so it can be remolded.  Good luck
