living in?Even though drunk drivers get many chances to drive again,I can't because I owe an insurance company some money.If I drove I would then be able to get a halfway decent job and pay off this insurance company and help get my life in order!

  3. Owing an insurance company money has nothing to do with your drivers license.  If you are suspended in one state though, you will not be able to get a license in another.
