Basically how much does 1 person need to earn each month in California to afford:

Monthly ;

An automobile? (payment amount, plus gas, repair money etc)

Rent

food

their credit card bills

Anything else important ?

  1. Rent depends on where you choose to live area wise,all in all,if you make at the very least of 30k per year,you can have a semi nice shack with a car and neccesities.Southern Cal is not all its cracked up to be....we have ghettos here too.


  2. It can vary drastically, depending on which part of California you're talking about.  You could live quite comfortably in say, Olivehurst CA, on an income that wouldn't be able to survive on in Los Angeles.

  3. I would say about 3000 a month, if you don't have a ton of credit cards, just 2-3 small bills.

  4. it depends where you live really...to enjoy life in coastal areas u need at least 70k because houses start at 700k if you want to live in a decent area...many people have roomies...but you can live in land and housing will come down but now you have to commute and air quality inland isn'[t good; this is what socal is like
