If you need to unlock a phone because you have put a new sim in?

you need to take the phone to the network of the last sim, liike whatever network it was with before and ask them to do it

You would have to call the service provider for the unlock code or buy the unlock code off ebay

you need to flash it, you cant do it on your own unless you have the equipments like the cables, the flasher tool and the software for the phone (firmware)

as far as i know its illegal and not to mention if you will not do it right, it will kill your phone.
