i dyed my hair for the first time from a box n its just fine.

but professionally is better cuz its more thorough and has a better finish.

First time, get it done professionally. But if you want, there are many DIY(do-it-yourself) kits where u can get it done at home. And its 'DYED' not died.

my sister got it done from the box first. but i wud reccomend getting it done from the store because it will last much more longer and also look better

Either way is fine. I always use box dye. Everyone says that if you dye your hair from a box then it damages your hair...THIS IS NOT TRUE!!!! The only thing different is that if you get your hair dyed professionally it lasts longer than box dye.
