Go to Regents Park (inner Circle) if the weather is nice, or Kenwood house at the edge of Hampstead Heath.

Go to the crepe stall about 100 metres from Hampstead underground station.

Visit RAF aircraft museum in Hendon.

Hampstead Theatre.

You don't say what your interests are but all of London is accessible by public transport within about half an hour or so.
