If you only have one day and one night where should I eat ?

I do not speak very much German.

There are so many restuarants listed, I am having a hard time figuring out where I should go.

I like many different kinds of food.

so you are in Koln?  not really sure.  check the metzger for lunches, fresh meals, hot and cheap.  skip the american chains.  you can get that anywhere.  otherwise, gasthaus is usually a good bet.

well if this is your last night looks like youll have to eat taco bell its the only thing besides a 24 hour mcdonalds or waffle house that is open.

where ever you are in Germany ,there's great food ,even in the streets,hogs are good, schnitzel ,it will say in English so just go in,and have Essen.

Speaking German isn't an issue.  You can eat anywhere you like.  Most people know some English and you can always point. Try McDonald's if you're stuck.  A good burger, fries and a coke is hard to beat.
