Yes it does.  A f**t is primarily methane which is much worse than carbon dioxide when it comes to global warming.

One methane f**t would have the same global warming potential as 296 carbon dioxide farts.

Cattle produce a lot of methane because they burp and f**t a lot - they digest grass in a four stage process which produces a lot of gas.  Overall 18% of methane emissions that are caused by man are the result of cattle burping and farting.
