  1. It is possible but not if you are a tenant or a family member.  They can not apply for adverse possession.


  2. No, the park owners pay the tax, you rent the land.

  3. When you live on a caravan site, and you buy the van, you never buy the land the van is sited on. Therefore your name can never appear on a deed of ownership because you are renting the land.
