I was released, and now they have decided that I shouldn't have been released and I heard that if they decide that you shouldn't have been you get paid out for the time you have been released. Is this true?

  1. The military plays by their own rules, as you probably know by now.

In all seriousness, good luck fighting them... You're going to need it.

My husband was supposed to go in 3 pay-grades higher, but they "lost" the paperwork. They're doing nothing about that either.

They're just unfair, and there is nothing that we can do about it.

At least you're trying, maybe if you're successful they'll at least think twice before s******g the next little guy that comes along.
