If you play a sport in college..are your teammates your bestfriends?

Im just wondering if your teammates end up being your best friends. Or do you have other best friends outside of the team? Ive heard that your really good friends are on the team..is that true? or is it usually a mix or is it usually someone not on the team?

they don't have to be. they could. but sometimes they're just your teammates

Definitely. I play lacrosse and my team mates and I hang out all the time, and we all get along great.

But we also have friends who don't play.

In my dorm, half of my floor is lacrosse girls and the other half are just normal students, and we have some great floor parties. haha

I think part of the reason why all the lax girls are really good friends is because we spend so much time together, we've ebcome more like sisters than teammates, and when you practice twice a day everyday you can't afford to not get along.

I think it's the same with any sport, you all become really close because you spend SOOO much time together.

ther is only one sport in college were your teammates are your friends for life . men and womens field lacrosse. non selfish sport ever . your temmates friends for  life . 62 years old . past teammates have retired and moved to small community were we reside . per capita most major sport championships of any  city in the world . soon to increase by 7 .
