If you practice 3-5 hours of tennis a day. Is the exhaustion making you worse?

I have noticed im not getting anywhere when i play.

  1. The key to improvement is not in the quantity of your training but in the quality of it. I doesn't matter if you play 5 hours a day if they are not intense or if they don't help you to improve but say if you practiced 2 hours a day or even 1 and you put everything in and get the right information, your improvement will be big.
