No. A buyer does not have the right to return a vehicle in any state. Car sales are final. No refund, no return.

No, there is no right to rescission in auto purchases, no "buyers remorse" clause, NO "cooling off" period.  You cannot return the car for any reason, other than lemon law, unless the dealer will "unwind" the deal to put you in another car, which some will do, but many will not.

Legally NO. You signed a contract that says you must fulfill the legal obligation of paying off the loan.

But in reality you can certainly try.  Go back and beg, cry, lie, bribe or pay your way in.  Do whatever it takes for them to give you a second chance.  They might listen, they might not.

talk to the dealer before you buy it. but dont act like you are. just like you are checking in case the car breaks down..

and in CA here, most of the dealer will say yes. and they even had one of those chrysler-300 30 day return guarantee...

many states have what is called ''buyers remorse" and it is perfectly legal to return a car within a specified number of days. And there is nothing a dealer can do about it.
