If you push your shoulders back can you feel your collar bone lymph nodes?

I have had many tests done including a biopsy and it was benign. I was just wondering they say even when tiny you arent supposed to feel you clavicle lymph nodes however I can feeel a bunch of mine even though they are small. Ive gotten many opinions and doctors say some people can feel theres.

I read online that you shouldnt and its usually means cancer however im 23 years old and had ct scans ultrasoudns biopsies blood work etc

i cant let this go i have panic attacks over this please anyone help me,

Relax. If you've had all the work ups and they are negative then most likely you've come in contact with something that your system is just working at getting rid of. That is why you have those lymph nodes.
